Russell Addessi, a Todt Hill resident, joined Neuhaus Realty, Inc. in 2012. Russell spent the last 13 years as the Vice President and Mortgage Loan Originator at Citybrook Corp., one of Staten Island’s premier mortgage brokers. Russell is also a commissioned New York State Notary Public who performs title closings on Staten Island and the greater New York area.
