Giovanna Cardinale is a very patient and professional real estate agent, she is extremely focused on her customer needs. Give her your exact requirements, and Giovanna will be sending you materials of the houses you may be very much interested. During our process of searching and (eventually) buying a house, Giovanna has been very accurate and available at any time we needed her, and many times it happened to be late evenings and early mornings. She is never late, always on time and always returns our calls.

We have been first time home buyers, and she provided to us a lot of useful and necessary information, literally educated us in areas where we had lack of knowledge and life experience.

We got a lot of valuable (I could say priceless!) advises about real estate things and she also gave us a lot of resources for the information about construction technologies, engineering and legal subjects.

She always appreciated our questions and consulted us with great patience and respect.

There have been many obstacles and hard to resolve situations and Giovanna helped us to get them resolved or find a best workaround.

Another wonderful things about working with Giovanna is that Giovanna never tries to push customers, never tries to convince customers if they have doubts in certain questions. Selling a house can be a stressful time but not when you have a dedicated real estate agent like Krzysztof Kania. From listing our home through contract and closing he was a true professional. He promptly answered our questions and communication was always easy. He was informative and responsive throughout the entire process, which went by very quickly and he got us full asking price. At the end of the process we were out of town and Krzysztof went out of his way to shovel our driveway before the homebuyer arrived. What Agent would do this? Another wonderful gesture is he gave us a beautiful housewarming gift for our new home. He is highly recommended to anyone buying or selling a home.
