Neila Nuzzi has been a licensed Associate Broker since 2002, and in that time she has produced amazing results. Not only was she named a Top Producer for the fourth quarter of 2011, she won the coveted SIBOR 2011 Realtor of the Year. "My job as a Realtor is to educate the consumer - the more educated the consumer - the more straight-forward my job can be," said Ms. Nuzzi. "With that in mind I am thrilled I was a Top Producer during the last quarter of 2011. That shows the consumers understand the market, and we are getting more deals into contract. The real estate market over the last few years has had its peaks and valleys. After hitting an all time high in the mid 2000s we were faced with record foreclosures and short sales. In 2010 homebuyers were given an $8,000 incentive to buy. Today our market is on a rebound which began in 2011. With interest rates at an all time lowbuyers are realizing it is time to get in on the action. ‘Buy now’ is the philosophy!

Selling a house can be a stressful time but not when you have a dedicated real estate agent like Krzysztof Kania. From listing our home through contract and closing he was a true professional. He promptly answered our questions and communication was always easy. He was informative and responsive throughout the entire process, which went by very quickly and he got us full asking price. At the end of the process we were out of town and Krzysztof went out of his way to shovel our driveway before the homebuyer arrived. What Agent would do this? Another wonderful gesture is he gave us a beautiful housewarming gift for our new home. He is highly recommended to anyone buying or selling a home.
