Tina Volpe came to Staten Island from Brooklyn when she was 8 yrs. old. She worked in Manhattan as an Executive Secretary for many years. Her experience working for investment bankers has helped with her real estate career. No matter what she knows, she must do a great job to make her close the deal!

For example, a recent sale, during a home inspection, a home needed a new faucet. She called the seller and with sellers approval, arranged for a plumber to do the repair. Another example, a buyer wanted to know how much it would cost to change a sewer and water line. She arranged an estimate , met with the plumber, and gave the estimate to the buyer. It's not just about buying and selling homes, it's about making clients feel you appreciate their business. Many of her clients are referrals from past sales.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND

Tina is a wife and mother to 3 children. While her children were in grammar school, she and her husband would coordinate one yearly holiday fair. She would solicit local businesses for donations for raffle baskets. As her children became older, she would help run the fashion show, and again, solicited funds and donations. Before becoming a real estate agent, she helped friends find homes. After buying her 2nd home and coordinating a roof raise, she decided to become a real estate agent.
