Lou and Gail Savarese are life-long business people with a deep understanding of outstanding commitment to customer service. For more than 30 years they owned and operated a specialty food market in Brooklyn, NY that stood the test of time due to building relationships with customers and vendors and doing everything they could to exceed expectations. Gail has also been a NYS licensed real estate agent for more than 20 years where her commitment to outstanding customer service has resulted in total client satisfaction in every transaction. Gail is efficient and utilizes her client's time effectively by developing a true understanding of her clients requirements and working tirelessly to exceed them. 

Lou is a NYS licensed Associate Broker and Realtor that has worked with Neuhaus since 2013. Lou has the unique ability to build long-standing trusting relationships as seen through his successful retail food operation that often had clients from the Carolinas stopping in. Lou credits his success in business to Gail the best partner in every aspect of his life. Married for more than 40 years Gail and Lou live in the Sunset Hill area of Staten Island and have been active fund raisers for St. Jude's Children's Hospital, World Vision, The Special Olympics and The Wounded Warriors Project. Both are currently Realtors with Neuhaus Realty.

Lou and Gail go above and beyond what a Realtors usually do. We moved to Staten Island, a place we knew nothing about. The Savarese's were always ready to go see houses whenever we wanted to go, and showed us as many as we wanted to see. They gave us good advice regarding value and location.  Lou's working knowledge of home systems like HVAC, electrical, etc, was very helpful when house hunting. Sometimes, they would pick me up at one location, and then drop me off on the other side of the Verrazano Bridge, in Brooklyn. That is above and beyond. Gail and Lou are like a Staten Island Information Center. They fielded our phone calls regarding local contractors, vendors, and shopping areas, day and night. They never acted as if we were calling too early or late. They took the time to show us around Staten Island parks, gyms, and restaurants. We felt confident they always advised us with our best interests in mind. Lou and Gail were always polite and diplomatic with sellers, other agents, and basically anyone we encountered. I recently worked with Louis on the purchase of a house in Brooklyn, NY. Lou represented the seller; I purchased the home without a buyer's agent. When I first contacted Lou with a list of properties, he replied very promptly with data from the MLS listings. The information he provided was above  and beyond the info I had received from other agents. After I narrowed down the search, I went around with Lou on several occasions, looking at properties.
